What topics does the quiz cover?
Questions span the following categories: German Takeover Code, Hedge Fund History, Hedge Fund Legal Structuring, Hedge Fund Regulation, History of Financial Markets, Options, REITs and BDCs, SEC Filings, US Takeover Code. Each run draws 5 questions at random from the live pool so every topic may appear in a single session.
How are questions selected each run?
Each time you press START or PLAY AGAIN, 5 questions are drawn at random from the full live pool of 186 prompts and the order is shuffled. The pool refreshes from the server on every new game, so recently added questions appear immediately without a page reload.
Is there a time limit on questions?
No. There is no timer. Take as long as you need to read and consider each question. The correct answer is revealed the moment you click a choice; there is no way to skip or change your answer once made.
How is the score calculated?
Your final score is the number of correct answers out of 5. Scores are graded on four tiers:
- S — Quant King: 90% and above
- A — Senior Analyst: 75–89%
- B — Junior PM: 55–74%
- C — Back to the Book: below 55%
A running streak counter resets on every wrong answer.
Is my score saved or shared?
No. Your score, streak, and answered count exist only in your browser tab's memory and are never sent to a server, stored in a cookie, or shared in any way. Closing or refreshing the tab resets everything.
